The elders, chairman, Pastor, and Vicar have discussed the current situation with Covid-19 and how Trinity Lutheran will respond.  In working to abide by current government guidelines, there will be no activities and in-person services at Trinity for the next two weeks (until March 31). We plan to live-stream a service via Facebook at 10:30 on Sunday morning on Grace Lutheran Church, Neligh Facebook page. We also hope to have a link on this web page that will allow you to view the service at a later time if you don't have Facebook. In two weeks, we will meet to re-assess the situation.

There will be no Lenten services at Trinity on Thursday, March 19, 2020, due to weather conditions (snow, wind, plummetting temperatures).  Information with how we will proceed with caronavirus guidelines will be forthcoming in the next day or two.

Changing of the Guard

Last Sunday, July 28th, 2019, we said goodbye to Vicar Brett Witmer, who had been with us since last November.  He'll be going to Pennsylvania for a month before returning to Concordia Theological Seminary for his fourth and final year!  Today, August 4th we welcomed Vicar Norlyn Bartens, who will serve as vicar for the next year.   Vicar Bartens, 52, is married and his wife's name is Elaine. Vicar Bartens and Elaine have two sons, Emmett and Faron.  Welcome to Trinity Lutheran, Vicar Bartens!

Baptism - Walker Prater

Heavenly angels rejoiced with us as Christ poured out His gracious water of Baptism upon Walker Prater son of Wes and Danielle Prater.  His sponsors were Ivy Prater., Meredith and Michael Morey,  and John Polt.  May God in His good grace keep him in the true faith by His Holy Word.
